I can no longer find my subscriptions / I no longer have access to the maps I subscribed to

If you do not have access to the maps you have subscribed to or to the Premium features (download of maps, etc.) there are several things you sho

  1. Are you logged in to your Sity account? If not, you only have access to OpenStreetMap maps.
  2. Are you logged in with the same account you used to purchase the subscription

    On the website, you can check the account you are logged into at the top on the right.

    On the mobile app, you can check this in the 4th tab of the app (your account tab).

    To log into your account, you can use the "Continue with a Sity user or email" option on the login screen and enter the username or email address of the account you used to purchase your subscription.

    If you are logging in with Google or Facebook, make sure that your Google or Facebook account email address is the same as the SityTrail account you used to purchase your subscription. If not, you cannot log in using a Facebook or Google account, you must log in using the "Continue with a Sity user or email" option.

  3. Is your subscription still valid?
