What is the difference between the Premium World subscription and the Premium subscription for a country (France, Belgium, etc.)?

Premium World

The Premium World subscription provides access to the following maps around the world:

• SityTrail Topo World maps: global topographical maps based on OpenStreetMap data with contour lines, terrain shading and highlighting of paths and trails as well as tourist points of interest or ones that are useful when following a trail.
  
• Marked routes around the world:
  
  - Find all the walking networks such as GRs, European routes, the paths of Santiago de Compostela, etc.
  
  - Also find all the cycling networks with the green lanes (Voies vertes) in France, Ravel in Belgium, European routes, the Point-Nœuds networks in the Netherlands and Flanders, etc.
  
  - And for the winter, find all the cross-country ski runs according to colour.
  
• OpenStreetMap (non-topographical) maps
