Départ de la plage de Lasné en Saint Armel; Direction Ilur et la pointe sud de l'île d'Arz. Arrêt sur la belle plage de Brouel. Direction la pointe d'Arradon en longeant la côte nord de l'île aux Moines; Pique-nique sur les Logoden. Retour en longeant les côtes sinagotes.
