Ausgehend von Mex über Forstweg bis zum Bach von Saint-Barthélemy. Überquerung des Baches. Relativ steiler Aufstieg auf einem Weg mit zahlreichen Serpentinen bis zum Col du Jorat (2210 m). Fantastischer Aussichtspunkt auf den Cirque de Salanfe zwischen Dent du Salentin und Vierge de Gagnerie. Abstieg zur Hütte.
