Our tip: take the uphill path near the convent towards the panorama of the ‘Rond du Roi’, one of Rochefort’s most emblematic views. The long and steep upward climb will take you to the Famenne wood, which is part of the ‘Lesse and Lomme National Park’, a protected area.
Sometimes, it’s better to park your car near the convent and to continue on foot, as the path can be quite muddy.
