On your right, you can see the chapel dedicated to the Holy Theresa of Lisieux. It was built in 1931, thanks to personal gifts by Father Pieltin and to the parishioners’ many generous donations. Mr. Lhoist, for one, example gifted the limestone, a laborer at the Saint-Remy abbey gave them the land that was intended for his house, and local farmers conveyed the building material for free. The statue of the Holy Theresa, on a stone circle base, was made out of limestone from the Lhoist quarry by Mr Jeanmart, a sculptor from Wavreille. Mass is held here every Sunday at 08.45.
