In Beauraing we also find the 'Confrérie (brotherhood) de la Tournée Beaurinoise et du Cravachet' .
Born in 2005, this brotherhood defends the local produce of Beauraing and in particular : the garlic Ardennes' sausage, the "Tournée Beaurinoise", a light beer, not filtered, of high fermentation flavoured with juniper and a dish that was created by the brotherhood, the "Cravachet", a quiche–like dish made with all of these delicacies..
