The entrance to the park is guarded by superb limestone blocks from the area, while the car park is delimited by smaller blocks. In Malagne’s aromatic and medicinal herb garden, you can admire a statue sculpted by Stéphane Renard in Bajocian limestone, a material which was frequently used in our area during Gallo-Roman times. The statue represents a gaggle of geese. The Romans used geese as guard animals.
