The "Louis Delobbe" European centre, founded in 1966, welcomes and accommodates groups and organises seminars and conferences on topics concerning Europe. Louis Delobbe was the curate in the parish of Olloy from 1961 onwards. He built the European centre through tenacity, resourcefulness, and personal donations of labour and money.
He passed away in 1978.
