Here again, there is a possibility of making a shortcut, which make the route about 5.5 km shorter. If you prefer this option, just cross the river on the bridge: this will take you back very quickly to the waterfalls and the starting point. To follow the full route, proceed on the same narrow tarmac road, in order to follow the former bend of the River Amblève (currently a reservoir for Coo Power Plant). After you have followed this ''lake'' for another 2 km or so, on the same flat tarmac road without any single difficulty, you reach the plant. From here on, the route will take you back into the forest.
ATTENTION: from the plant on, the route shown on your smartphone does not necessarily follows the marking out in the field (blue arrows in white circles) any more.
