The Anor-Momignies-Chimay-Mariembourg-Hastière railway line: This line was created by Prince Joseph from 1858 onwards in order to participate in the economic development of the region, which was isolated at the time.30 km long, it was built "economically", avoiding the region's many natural obstacles as much as possible, except near Vaulx with the construction of the viaduct across the Eau Blanche (White Water). Other sections then opened to finally connect Anor with Hastière. It was taken over by the SNCB in 1948 and finally closed in 1953 (Anor-Chimay) and 1964 (Chimay-Mariembourg).
