All of these Balmoral villas, set in their precious green surroundings, favourably combine functionalism and fashionable styles, borrowed from regionalisms. Although the most interesting ones are listed in the Inventory of Walloon Cultural Heritage (IPIC), none of them is yet officially protected by the classification.
