You will also notice lakes and the little house, an old marble worker's house built entirely from pink marble in 1910. At the back of this building is the old Carrière à Roc (Rock Quarry), which once supplied beautiful red marble known as Rance marble. This marble was used widely, in particular to decorate Versailles Castle.
