The old Castle-Farm dating back to the time of the Forgemasters (mid-17th century) belonged to the Jacquiers family and has now been restored as the Hôtel du "Franc Bois". The only part of the castle fort remaining from the feudal era of the "Bouzenton Family" is a
crenelated turret from the 15th century, located at the corner of the ruin. Lompret Church,
dedicated to Saint Nicholas, was built in 1879 on the site where the Castle chapel once stood.
