Quick Guide - Simple and Effective

1. « LIGHT » : Turn on the screen for a few seconds.

2. « UP » : Switch between the main screen and the screen showing distance covered and remaining, remaining time, and heart rate. Long press: display the app settings menu.

3. « DOWN » : Switch between the main screen and the screen showing distance covered and remaining, remaining time, and heart rate. Long press: access the watch's music control (if supported).

4. « START » : Display the next "intermediate" intersection (for SityTrail+ with Roadbook).

5. « BACK » : Exit the app.
