How do I disable automatic renewal of my Premium subscription?

Disabling automatic renewal at next payment date
To disable automatic renewal of your subscription at the next payment date:
- Go to https://shop.geolives.com
- Click on "My account" at the top on the right .
- Log in to your account.
- Click on your username in the top right corner and choose "My subscriptions".
- Choose "Cancel the subscription" next to the subscription for which you want to disable automatic renewal.
- Follow the instructions which are displayed.

Once you have disabled automatic renewal of your subscription, you can no longer re-enable it.
If, however, you want to continue your subscription, wait for it to expire and then purchase a new one through our online store https://shop.geolives.com or from the mobile app.
When you make your new purchase, automatic renewal of the subscription will be enabled again for the payment means use
