This road was along the pilgrims' route. The palace of Brother Diego de Estella at N°7 (plateresque façade complete with coat of arms) is now a cultural centre; pop inside and admire the inner colonnaded patio. Also look out for monumental roof of San Cristobal at N°6 and the Gothic arches of N°25, 27, 28 and 31, former Jacobean hospices and shops. The Governor's Palace (N°27-29) is now the Museum of Carlism. The road ends up on the embankment next to the church of Sto Sepulcro.
